     แต่ตอนนี้เค้าเปิดเฟสใหม่เป็นตึกสูงเลย  ชื่อว่า “ฮาบิต้า ซีวิว (Habita Seaview)” โดยมีถึง 12 ชั้น และมี 47 ห้องพัก จุดเด่นของเฟสใหม่คือ ได้วิวที่ดีกว่ามุมดีกว่าก็เพราะตึกสูงเนอะวิวก็ต้องปังกว่าอยู่แล้ว แต่ที่สำคัญคือ ราคาห้องเริ่มต้นจะถูกกว่าเฟสใหม่ โดนรีวิวนี้จะเป็นการรีวิวเฟสใหม่ให้เพื่อนๆ ได้ชมกันครับ

ตัวโรงแรมติดหาดเหมือนเดิม โดยส่วนเฟสเก่าจะอยู่ติดตรงหน้าหาด ส่วนเฟสใหม่จะเป็นตึกสูงอยู่ด้านหลังแต่วิวไม่โดนบังนะ ดูจากภาพก็เห็นโลโก้ BaBa ตัวใหญ่ๆ

เฟสใหม่นี้ก็จะมีสระว่ายน้ำของตัวเองแยกออกมา จะเป็นสระขนาดใหญ่เอาไว้รองรับแขกผู้เข้าพักของโซนเฟสนี้ แต่จะไม่มีวิวทะเลให้เห็นนะ แต่จะได้ความสงบ ความเงียบ กว่าสระโซนติดหาด
